Until further notice, all our appointments will be online. If you don't have internet access and / or an available device, please email us. We may still be able to help.
Once you have made an appointment, you will receive a notification that contains a Zoom link. You can also find that Zoom link if you return to the appointment you made. A few minutes before your appointment is due to start, go to that Zoom link and wait in your consultant's waiting room to be admitted.
While online, you will work with a consultant using video chat to discuss your project and address any questions or concerns you have about your writing. You and your consultant will be able to access any attached document that you are working on. We try, to the degree that we can, to mimic our on-site services. (Please note that although you can attach a file when you book an online appointment, our consultants can't always review documents ahead of time.)
If we don't see you online at the time of your appointment, we will check in with you via email. Please keep an eye on your inbox, especially if you are experiencing any technical difficulties.
