Large-Format Poster Printing

The Digital Studio provides large-format printing services exclusively for research conferences or symposia. Please review our full eligibility and preparation guidelines before submitting your file. All print jobs must be approved by Digital Studio staff.

Approved Use: We only print posters for conferences or symposia. We do not print teaching materials, classroom projects, promotional, or personal items.
Eligibility: Undergraduate and graduate students are permitted one free poster per semester. Staff members are welcome to use the printer for professional needs. Printing is reserved for conferences, symposia, or official university research presentations.
5-Day Rule: All printing requests must be submitted at least five business days (Monday–Friday) in advance.
Dimensions: Available poster sizes are limited to 18x24, 24x36, and 36x48 inches.
Preparation: Ensure text and layout are finalized. We highly recommend a design review at fsu.mywconline.com. We do not print multiple copies.
Staff Approval: All print jobs must be approved by Digital Studio staff, who reserve the right to deny a request for any reason.
No Guarantees: Technical issues or resource constraints may delay printing by several business days or an extended period.

3. Confirm
Watch for a staff approval email and message that your design is ready to be picked up.
